Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

For EU customers, a 14-day cooling-off period also applies (see “EU Cooling-Off” below).
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging intact. A valid receipt or order number is required.
Items returned with missing parts, wear, or damage not due to transit/manufacturing may be refused or issued a partial refund at our discretion.
How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

Email sale@omirea.com within the applicable window to request a return.

After approval, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Do not send items back without an RMA—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

The return address will be provided in the RMA instructions.
Return Shipping & Costs

Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item: We cover return shipping and replacement/reshipment after verification.

Change of Mind / Non-defective: You are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Unless we issue a prepaid label, please use a trackable service and keep the receipt; we are not responsible for lost return parcels without proof of delivery.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at sale@omirea.com within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exchanges
For the fastest resolution, return the original item following the steps above. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off (Consumer Contracts)
If your order ships into the European Union, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned unused, with tags and original packaging.

We will refund the product price and the standard outbound shipping cost (if charged).

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless we agree otherwise or the product is faulty.

If you selected an express/premium delivery option, the extra portion of shipping is not refundable.

Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Personal care items once opened (e.g., certain beauty/hygiene products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Gift cards and final-sale items
If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, email sale@omirea.com before purchasing or returning.
Refunds

Once your return is received, we typically inspect within 3 business days and notify you of approval or the reason for any adjustment/decline.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
